Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Establish HR policies, procedures and templates (employee handbook, code of conduct, leave policy, etc.).
- Support end-to-end hiring: job descriptions, sourcing support, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations (contracts, documentation, workplace policies).
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- 3 7 years of HR experience (startup or fast-growth environment preferred)
- Experience building HR processes and policies from scratch
- Experience supporting international/remote employees.
- Arabic and English language is a must.
