Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with employee onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and system access setup.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Support the performance management process by scheduling performance reviews, tracking completion, and assisting with documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement activities and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain HR department supplies and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is a plus.
