Preparation of the company's regulations
• Study and development of internal organization of the company and study its impact on the flexibility and implementation of operations
• Developing organizational structure of the company.
• Clarifying the units and relationships among them.
• Distributing the roles and identifying the administrative names of the work team with analyzing and describing the jobs based on the goals and objectives of the company.
• Specifying the appropriate qualifications for the positions such as the appropriate scientific qualification.
• Develop a system of rewards and incentives material and moral to the employees of the company.
• Ensure that the company complies with the labor laws, with full knowledge of labor laws in full
• Using the statistical methods used to predict human resources, such as quantitative methods and methods based on estimating the work effort, meeting supply demand, addressing the deficit surplus and determining specific employment needs.
• Responsible for the announcement of vacancies, selection of applicants, preliminary interviews with them, coordination of efforts with managers who make the final selection of candidates.
• Work on evaluating the performance of employees periodically
• Preparation and completion of staff files to meet the requirements of government agencies
• Prepare salary scales, wages and financial entitlements for employees while maintaining the main wage files
• Responsibility for health care benefits for employees
• Negotiate rates of coverage of health services with insurance companies
• Coordination of efforts with the Director of the Pension Savings Fund
• Study the training needs of the company's employees with the development and implementation of the annual training plan
• Provide comprehensive training to assist them in the field of professional development and develop plans to assist employees who fail to develop their work, to reach the level expected by the company
• The responsibility to strengthen the relations between the employer and employees, by measuring the extent of job satisfaction, employee participation and solving work problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holds an appropriate administrative qualification
• Experience in the field of Human Resources of not less than five years in different processes of human resources management
• Proficiency in English fluency in speaking and writing
• Proficiency in dealing with the computer including work on Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Has knowledge of management such as planning and management of labor resources and the preparation of administrative reports
• Have knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations
• Enjoy the skills of communication and tact in the conversation
• Ability to adhere to high professional ethical standards in different work environments
• Ability to organize and time management skills
• Maintain confidentiality of records and information
