Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and optimize HVAC systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with local codes.
Conduct detailed load calculations using software tools to determine heating and cooling requirements for various building types.
Lead the development and review of technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
Planning and scheduling the activities and resuorces required for each project
Coordination to execute the work as per drawings, specification,schedule and maintain the qulaity.
Implement maintenance plans and troubleshooting protocols to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently over their lifespan.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in HVAC design and project management, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in all design projects.
Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially in multicultural environments.
