Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. The HVAC Technician must have strong and proven UAE experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all types of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducted units, split units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and fresh air systems. Knowledge of UAE climatic conditions and building standards is essential.

2. The candidate should be fully capable of performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance across commercial, retail, and facility environments. This includes completing checklists, servicing components, ensuring system performance, and preventing breakdowns through proactive inspection.

3. The position requires a technician who is ready to work in a 2 shift schedule, including shift rotations, overtime, and emergency call-outs at any time—night, weekends, or public holidays. Immediate response to urgent HVAC breakdowns is a critical part of the role.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 3 years to 8+ years of experience in UAE.

2. Retail (hyper/supermarket experience preferred).

3. Education should to be Diploma Or Engineering
