Identifying components in refrigeration circuits and understanding how each component works. Diagnosing problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot. Oversees all mechanical systems, vacuum and air compressors, and electric motors and is fully familiar with compressor overhaul requirements including parts and consumables identification. Handles BMS and Air Valve Systems. Adapts to balancing air and water treatment systems per HVAC protocols. Performs fabricating equipment parts to meet speciality needs or replace parts that may not be readily available. Handles tasks effectively in extreme weather conditions. Gives high-quality utility services to our valuable Patients, Visitors and American Hospital Dubai's employees. Maintains American Hospital Dubai's environment safe and comfortable for our Valuable Patients, Visitors and Employees. Implement Sustainable Practices/Policies in Facilities Management operations.
