Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts
• Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients relationships
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits .
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one
• Handling customers demand
• Answer calls of clients and call the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 year experience in Real Estate career as sales agent
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent selling skills
• Presentable
• Hard worker
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team & good leader
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self motivated
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Preferred knowing how to use CRM
• Preferred has his own car
