Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the existing elevator and escalator portfolio, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Develop strategies for modernization projects, repair contracts, and service growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure timely service calls.
  • Drive revenue growth through resource allocation and pricing strategies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor salespeople, team leaders, and technicians.
  • Implement CMMS and CRM tools for efficiency and customer management.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the elevator & escalator industry with focus on existing installations.
  • Proven team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and maintenance systems.
