Job Purpose
The Senior I&C Engineer shall provide advanced engineering expertise for Instrumentation and Control systems during FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, and PMC phases of ADNOC projects.
The role is primarily engineering-focused with limited involvement in construction support activities. The engineer will be responsible for design review, engineering coordination, technical assurance, vendor management, and compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and project specifications.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, IEC, ISA, API, and international engineering practices.
Review FEED and Detailed Engineering deliverables prepared by EPC contractors.
Participate in design development and technical clarification meetings.
Support optimization of control systems, field instrumentation, and automation philosophies.
Control Systems & Automation
Coordinate with package vendors for instrumentation and control requirements.
Review vendor documents and ensure timely resolution of comments.
Support technical bid evaluations and vendor selection processes.
Ensure package compliance with project specifications and operational requirements.
PMC & Project Coordination
Monitor EPC contractor engineering progress and quality.
Provide technical guidance during engineering execution.
Participate in HAZOP, SIL, constructability, and design review workshops.
Coordinate with ADNOC and PMC teams for engineering approvals and technical alignment.
Support project schedule adherence and engineering milestone achievement.
Construction & Site Support
Provide engineering clarification and technical support to site teams when required.
Review technical queries, deviations, and site engineering issues.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning teams during system checks and startup activities if required.
Occasional site visits may be required for technical verification and coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Experience Required
Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.
Experience in Onshore and Offshore ADNOC projects is preferred.
Strong Experience in handling offshore PMC projects
