Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and presentations for high-end hospitality projects.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and teams.
  • Produce Drawings: Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and furniture (FF&E).
  • Collaborate: Work directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers, and mentor junior designers.
  • Ensure Quality: Lead site visits to ensure the final build matches the design vision and our high standards.
