Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design process from concept through completion, producing innovative and visually captivating interior spaces that align with our clients' visions. Your extensive experience in design development, project management, and client interactions will be essential in delivering projects of exceptional quality. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other team members, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design process from concept development to final installation.
• Develop design concepts that are innovative, creative, and meet client needs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Prepare detailed design plans, including materials, color schemes, and furnishings.
• Manage the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Supervise the work of junior designers and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects adhere to design specifications.
• Communicate and present design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the industry.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other documentation required.
• Foster positive client relationships through professional communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field required.
• A minimum of seven years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, visual layout, and spatial techniques.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Experience with budgeting and project management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
