Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
- Prepare mood boards, space planning, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7+ years of interior design experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent sense of design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Strong communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
