Roles & Responsibilities


This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi s leading school group.

To provide analytical and execution support to the Manager Investment & Partnerships and the Head of Investments, covering
feasibility assessments, presentation materials, financial due diligence and analysis, and full-cycle transaction execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor s degree in finance, working towards CFA / CFA Charter holder / MBA in Finance /Masters in Finance
  • Experience in education industry preferred

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Project management skills and M&A experience with track record of completed transactions experience is preferred

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced excel skills with proven financial modeling experience
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and hands on experience in investment decks and presentations
  • Experience and knowledge of valuations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business functions


Main Duties:

  • Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including the development of dynamic financial models, long-term forecasts, valuation assessments, and calculation of the financial impact of potential transactions on Aldar Education.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust 10-year financial statement models incorporating sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment decision-making.
  • Feasibility Studies: Support the preparation of feasibility studies for Greenfield projects,
  • Brownfield expansions, and M&A opportunities, evaluating IRR, NPV, and other key profitability metrics.
  • Investment Documentation: Support preparation of high-quality Investment Memos and Investment Committee presentation decks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Transaction Management: Support through stages of the investment process, including deal origination, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation of purchase consideration (cash/equity, immediate/deferred), risk assessment, due diligence coordination, negotiation management, and comprehensive business case evaluation.

Specific Duties:

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and monitor the pipeline of deals and projects, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external
  • stakeholders on all aspects related to transaction execution and deal management.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide critical input on macroeconomic indicators, market benchmarks, and demographic trends to support feasibility studies and business planning.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed business and financial studies of past, current, and projected performance; identify key trends and develop advanced forecast models to guide strategic decisions.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and analyze potential business opportunities.
