Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled strong>Senior IT Network Specialist/strong> to lead and support the organization s network infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing network operations while coordinating closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Ability to coordinate with Infrastructure & Security, Applications Support, IT Service Desk, Warehouse & Operations teams, and external vendors/ISPs.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications: CCNA / CCNP, Network+, ITIL (Network Security fundamentals preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to support retail and warehouse operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of hands-on experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
- Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory network role.
