Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Provide expert techno-functional guidance, troubleshooting critical issues across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance modules to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and execute advanced customizations, integrations ( Eg: ERP/CRM systems), and data migrations for Dynamics
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM/CE) implementation and support.
Proven expertise in both functional aspects (business process analysis, configuration) and technical development.
