Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications for production.
  • Review project designs and convert them into workable technical drawings for manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet client specifications and site conditions.
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building regulations, and company quality requirements.
  • Modify and update drawings based on client feedback, consultant comments, or site requirements.
  • Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions for each project.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Draftsman in Joinery / Fit-out industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software (3D Max, SketchUp preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of joinery production methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings and translate them into detailed joinery designs.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
