Senior/ Junior - Chiller Plant Operators Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation

We are looking for Senior and Junior - Pipe Network Technician having 4- 8 years, Installation, repair and maintenance of large pipe network. Additional experience in lamination and fabrication

• Routine Inspections: Perform regular checks on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment to monitor performance, detect abnormal noise or vibrations, and identify potential leaks.
• Data Recording: Accurately record operational data such as temperatures, pressures, and flow rates at specified intervals.
• Basic Maintenance: Assist with routine preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, lubricating moving parts, and ensuring the cleanliness of the plant area.
• Troubleshooting: Assist senior operators in identifying and troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and control the entire chiller plant from a central control room, using SCADA or other control systems to manage operations.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, including system alarms and emergency breakdowns.
• Energy Efficiency: Analyze plant performance data to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and implement changes to optimize operations.
• Mentorship & Training: Guide and mentor junior operators, providing technical training and support.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, prepare reports on plant performance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
