Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, design, and present high-quality landscape architecture concept and technical drawings.
- Oversee preparation of detailed design and tender documentation for large-scale public realm projects.
- Manage project contracts, budgets, and cost estimates in collaboration with quantity surveyors.
- Lead and mentor junior landscape architects and designers within the team.
- Coordinate effectively with other disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, irrigation, and architecture teams.
- Liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that design solutions meet expectations and project goals.
- Administer contracts, review site progress, and support construction administration phases.
- Develop landscape maintenance plans and post-construction care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards across all project phases.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance project quality and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years of continuous professional experience in landscape architecture.
Strong understanding of local construction methods, landscape standards, and Dubai authority regulations.
Excellent design and presentation skills, with a commitment to creative and sustainable design.
Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino; familiarity with 3D modeling tools preferred.
Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing client relations.
Professional chartership or affiliation with a recognized body (CMLI, ASLA, ALIA) preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
