Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex legal negotiations and provide strategic advice to clients on high-stakes transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory submissions with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and provide comprehensive analyses of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their professional development while overseeing their casework to ensure high-quality legal service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, ensuring a strong foundation in legal principles.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department, demonstrating expertise in the field.

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.

  • Proven track record in corporate law, litigation, or regulatory compliance, showcasing specialized knowledge and skills.

Applicants with prior administrative experience or background in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) will be strongly preferred.
