Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in law (master's degree in law may also be beneficial);
• 10 years of Legal practice experience
• Ability to be proactive, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a service-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, editing and document preparation skills, and high attention to detail required.

• Ability to work independently on own initiative and also to contribute as part of a team
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Task Description:
• Draft and review agreements with a view to achieve commercial objectives and protect SACC against liability and negative legal exposure through proper evaluation of risk and solution.
• Participate in negotiating and finalizing contracts and providing advice on the interpretation and application of contractual provisions to implement legal contracts.
• Advise relevant business divisions on legal risks that are identified and of appropriate actions that need to be taken.
• Modify and suggest changes to certain contracts that may be required from a business point of view.
• Provide prompt and concise legal opinion to all internal stakeholders on legal inquires.
• Conduct in-depth legal analysis, draft advices on different legal issues and provide specific solutions?driven support to all SACC departments.
• Prepare all necessary backup research and information required for decision making and provide accurate advice as well ensuring all legal claims are settled amicably, and in line with Management s discretion.
• Draft, review, and edit key documents, reports, opinions, correspondence, memos, and other legal submissions.
• Assists in developing organizational policies to meet legal requirements.
• Assists in internal case reviews and investigations, to provide substantive assessment and favorable outcome.
• Represent the company in litigation before courts and administrative tribunals.
• Handle cases involving SACC and prepare legal briefs and case papers in order to represent SACC effectively in court.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Department system and participate in projects and initiatives that enhance the processes and practices.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest laws and regulation associated with the company activities.
• Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
• Assists in the implementation of the compliance program and prepare reports as appropriate.
