Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and enhance compliance across the organization.
Provide expert legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, conducting thorough due diligence to safeguard company interests.
Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations while promoting best practices.
Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, collaborating with external counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Provide legal counsel on commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and employment matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
Identify legal risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Support litigation and dispute resolution activities, including coordination with external counsel.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and financial regulatory frameworks.
Assist with regulatory filings and liaison with government authorities.
Maintain legal records, statutory registers, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, and licensing issues.
Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to continuous legal knowledge within the organization.
