Roles & Responsibilities
Position Title: Senior Legal Executive
Department: Legal & Compliance
Location: Dubai, UAE
Visa: Provided by the Company
Employment Type: Full-time, In-house
Reporting To: Legal Manager
Role Summary:
Support the day-to-day legal operations of the company, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation for the holding group and its subsidiaries within the UAE framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and all sorts of legal agreements.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and renewal trackers.
- Assist with trade license renewals, MoCAD filings, and free zone reporting.
- Coordinate with PROs for document attestation (MOFA, Chambers of Commerce).
- Monitor UAE regulatory updates and ensure subsidiary compliance with commercial, labor, and advertising regulations.
- Prepare legal documents including powers of attorney, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
- Support in evidence collection and coordination with external legal counsel for litigation or disputes.
- Ensure enforcement of all contracts/ Agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B); UAE legal accreditation preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal roles, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and labor laws, free zone regulations, and government procedures.
- Proficient in English (Arabic preferred).
- Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and UAE e-government portals (Tasheel, MOFA).
