Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Luxury Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our private aviation company in Dubai.


We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in luxury content creation, capable of managing filming, editing, graphic design, social media management, and content strategy while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Create premium content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Accompany the team on-site to capture private jet tours, events, client experiences, company activities, and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Film founders and team members for educational, promotional, and personal branding content.

  • Produce and edit both short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos.

  • Create social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and YouTube thumbnails.

  • Manage, schedule, and optimize social media content.

  • Develop creative concepts and content strategies aligned with a luxury brand image.

  • Maintain a polished, premium, and consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for luxury brands.

  • Strong videography, photography, and content production skills.

  • Advanced video editing skills, including long-form YouTube content.

  • Strong graphic design skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

  • Must be based in Dubai and available to work on-site.

  • Must own professional filming equipment (camera, lenses, stabilizer, microphone, lighting, etc.).

Watches, Jewelry, Fashion, or other luxury industries


Important

This role is intended for experienced professionals only.

A strong portfolio showcasing luxury content creation is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in luxury industries. Candidates whose background is primarily focused on Real Estate content creation will not be considered.

If you do not have proven experience creating high-end content and managing content production independently, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.
