Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable

Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely, accurate month-end and year-end close in line with accounting standards.

Oversee revenue recognition, AR controls, and compliance, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and audit readiness.

Drive collections performance, ageing reduction, and dispute resolution, providing hands-on leadership and escalation support where required.

Ensure all receivables are collected within agreed timelines and that exceptions (disputes, PDCs, bounced cheques, payment extensions) are actively monitored and resolved.

Own AR balance sheet reconciliations, including sub-ledger to general ledger and intercompany balances.

Prepare and analyse DSO, ageing, collection, and provisioning reports, sharing insights with senior finance leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Act as a key point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits, ensuring smooth coordination and timely responses.

Partner closely with Payables, Treasury, and other finance teams to ensure accurate transaction recording and issue resolution.

Lead, coach, and develop the AR team, setting clear objectives, reviewing performance, and enhancing processes, policies, and controls.

Support finance systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT and wider stakeholders.
