About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Senior Manager Butler Services to support the delivery, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of the Butler experience and VIP Gaming guest journey in alignment with Forbes Travel Guide Five Star standards. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Butler Services, ensuring exceptional, intuitive, and highly personalized luxury service delivery that reflects Wynn Al Marjan Island s service culture. The Senior Manager will support the execution of service standards, contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices, and drive consistency across all guest touchpoints. Working through management teams, the role ensures alignment across departments, supports performance optimization, develops talent, and enhances the end to end VIP guest experience to sustain excellence in service delivery.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Provide leadership for Butler Services, ensuring delivery of intuitive, highly personalized, and Forbes Travel Guide aligned luxury service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Butler Services leaders and team members to deliver discreet, refined, and anticipatory service aligned with Wynn standards.
  • Oversee daily Butler Services operations, ensuring seamless execution of VIP arrivals, departures, in-residence experiences, and special arrangements.
  • Drive the end-to-end VIP guest journey in collaboration with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Transportation, Spa, Security, and key partners.
  • Maintain and elevate Butler Services standards, ensuring consistency in guest engagement, presentation, grooming, and accommodation readiness.
  • Oversee service quality, operational readiness, and departmental inspections across VIP accommodations and butler areas.
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for guest experience, service delivery, and departmental objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and resource deployment to align staffing with business levels and guest demand.
  • Drive talent management, including selection, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and team development.
  • Champion training initiatives, including onboarding, Forbes standards, and ongoing service excellence development.
  • Ensure consistency through adherence to SOPs, operating procedures, and service standards.
  • Review operational insights, guest profiles, and service data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive improvements.
  • Oversee complex guest issues and service recovery, ensuring timely resolution and protection of guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Maintain strong leadership presence during key operations, VIP movements, and high-demand periods.
  • Support financial and operational discipline through oversight of resources, expenses, and departmental controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in luxury hospitality and/or guest service management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Butler Services within a large integrated resort and/or a Forbes 5-Star hotel environment.
  • Proven leadership with strong team supervision, coaching, and training skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, grooming, and professional etiquette, consistent with a luxury environment.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language; proficiency in Mandarin and Arabic is preferred.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the operation.
