Job Description

An experienced Finance Leader to drive business performance, improve efficiencies, creation of the financial strategy and create avenues for organic/inorganic growth. Accountable in market of operation for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations.

The role be the first-line advisor to the CEO (Aster Clinic & Pharmacy) on all finance related matter to plan the organization’s financial management and to perform effective risk management. Will also be accountable for accurate & timely reporting of the financial results for the region/ Vertical. Collaborate with business heads to define annual budgets. Responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting (drive relevance, brevity and accuracy), assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts and managing cash flow for the operations. And should also have adequate exposure in investment strategy.

• Collaborate with the business heads in developing new avenues to grow business, identifying new funding opportunities and the drafting of prospective budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and come from a healthcare or retail background preferably. Must have a proven track record of leadership and development and be able to demonstrate the ability to improve profit, explore new business opportunities and budget/forecast. The previous experience should be within larger establishments. Should be a pioneer through uncertainty, use knowledge for business innovation, create a culture of inter-team synergy and foster talent. Should project an inspiring presence and establish a climate of openness and trust.
