Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Progression
Own demand generation strategy across key verticals and product lines.
Design and operationalize programs that increase qualified pipeline and accelerate deal progression.
Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure tight alignment between GTM motions and revenue goals.
Sales Plays & Campaign Development
Build high-impact sales plays, GTM blueprints, and multi-touch campaigns tailored to Inception s AI portfolio.
Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and market narratives for target industries.
Enable sales and partner teams with playbooks, collateral, and tools to execute with consistency.
Voice of the Customer & Product Feedback
Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting market and customer insights to inform product strategy.
Influence product roadmaps with feedback grounded in customer needs, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and applied science teams to refine offerings based on real-world demand.
Industry Representation & Evangelism
Represent Inception as a thought leader at conferences, industry events, panels, and executive briefings.
Deliver compelling presentations that communicate Inception s vision, AI capabilities, and strategic impact.
Build credibility and visibility for the company in key markets.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with sales, marketing, solution engineering, and alliances to drive coordinated GTM execution.
Support strategic bids, customer engagements, and key account initiatives where GTM expertise is needed.
Lead cross-functional programs focused on growth acceleration and market penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to design scalable GTM and demand generation programs.
Ability to craft compelling value propositions and sales plays that resonate with enterprise audiences.
Excellent communication and public-speaking skills comfortable presenting to executives and large audiences.
Strong customer empathy and ability to convert insights into actionable product and GTM strategies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
8+ years of experience in GTM leadership, growth programs, product marketing, sales strategy, or related functions.
Experience in finance, investments, or other corporate strategic functions is highly desirable.
Prior exposure to startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial environments.
Proven track record in demand generation, sales play creation, or GTM execution for technology or AI-driven products.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Based in the UAE.
