Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the formulation and implementation of comprehensive faculty recruitment plans aligned with the institution’s long-term academic strategy.
- Contribute to the development of targeted recruitment approaches that enhance the university’s competitiveness and global academic positioning.
- Promote equitable, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices that strengthen diversity and representation across faculty appointments.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to ensure recruitment priorities reflect evolving academic and research needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required (Min. Experience): Minimum 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience. faculty recruitment and academic staffing within higher education set-up would be an added advantage
