Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Delivery management
- Ensure the deployment of the Region's service offering to teams and sites
- To foster the conditions for success on projects by providing access to capitalized tools and deploying communities of best practices
- Utilize the necessary monitoring tools, in partnership with regional teams
- To facilitate the deployment and monitoring of the Region's operations and tools
- Define the overall quality learning improvement plan for all sites to ensure good consistency and homogenization of results.
- Define action plans in collaboration with on-site teams when deviations from objectives occur, and following regular investigations carried out, by shared and hybrid services.
- Provide support and assistance for onboarding, compliance and skills development activities.
2- Management of training processes
- to be the guarantor of compliance with training processes within the country scope in a dialogue with quality and continuous improvement.
- Control and update the mastery of processes and tools within the country scope.
- Deploy the onboarding and qualification process for new trainers or ensure their refresher training.
- Following regular surveys, define training programs in line with the needs detected by the operational teams in compliance with the processes for the skills development of our advisors and local managers.
3- Funding management (if needed)
- Managing the financing arrangements for the sites, with the support of the DG
- Update the tracking tools for sharing and information
- Promote understanding of the issues and objectives of training according to the chosen methods.
4- Team Management
- To lead and manage, in a hierarchical structure, the site and/or regional managers on these activities
- Organize and lead these activities within the framework of regular and workable meetings.
- To monitor the training of teaching teams
- Feeding knowledge bases and communities on aspects and delivery
- Identify new needs arising from the sites
Desired Candidate Profile
Advanced degree: Master's in Human Resources, Training Engineering, Management, Educational Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, skills development or operational transformation.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in managing teams and large-scale training projects.
- Leadership & influence: ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around a vision of learning.
- Business orientation: understanding of operational priorities and ability to demonstrate the added value of learning.
- Strategic mindset: knows how to link training, performance and business objectives.
- Agility and innovation: mastery of new trends (learning experience, AI, adaptive learning, immersive training).
- Change management: supports cultural and organizational transformations linked to the evolution of professions.
- Mobility within the national territory is required for this position.
