Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mall management

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale retail properties and achieving revenue targets.

  • Extensive knowledge of retail leasing, tenant mix, tenant relations, marketing and footfall strategies, Mall events and overall shopping mall management.
