Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Account Specialist!
Role Purpose
The Senior Marketplace Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of the business across regional marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Quick Commerce, etc.) by managing assortment, monitoring performance, coordinating promotions, and ensuring content accuracy. He/she focuses on driving commercial success through analysis, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on platforms, including onboarding, pricing, promotions, and sellout analysis.
- Monitor marketplace pricing, ensuring consistency with offline strategies and competitor positioning.
- Lead assortment planning efforts in collaboration with brand and commercial teams for peak and off-peak periods.
- Coordinate with Category Managers to secure high-visibility slots in marketplace campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of new collection launches by aligning with platform and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver weekly performance insights and trend analysis to brand and commercial teams.
- Prepare and share monthly KPI reports with franchise or global brand teams.
- Analyze competitive benchmarks and sellout trends, recommending enhancements to listings, offers, and visibility.
- Align campaign content, assets, and messaging with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Noon Ads, Amazon Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Support stock forecasting in coordination with Commercial Planning, ensuring timely availability.
- Act as a key liaison with platform partners and internal teams (content, operations, marketing) for campaign and listing execution.
- Assist with contracts, terms, and technical integrations for new and existing marketplace partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in E-Commerce, or Commercial Planning, or Buying, or Merchandising, or a similar role
- Familiarity with marketplace ad tools and performance optimization.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS office
