Senior Mechanical Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and supervision of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Drainage, Sewage Treatment System, Fire Detection & Protection systems for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning projects.
• Experience in specifications, validation, evaluation, and documentation of HVAC design for tender and construction phases.
• Monitor and inspect all HVAC site works, assuring compliance with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in the use of computer software for design such as Carrier E-20II, HAP, and other relevant programs.
• Check and approve material and drawing submittals.
• Assess technical drawings, specifications to ensure that the installation and operations process conforms to standards and customer requirements.
• Summarize project reports and reporting the same to the Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of working experience in HVAC system design & supervision of various large-scale projects such as towers, commercial bldgs., etc.
• Familiar with international standards and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ARI, ASTM, FM, ASME, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
