Lead and oversee execution of mechanical works across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Take full technical responsibility for pump room design, installation, testing, commissioning, and optimization, including pumping systems, booster systems, irrigation networks, plumbing systems, and associated mechanical equipment.

Review and approve mechanical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements.

Provide strategic technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors, resolving complex coordination and performance issues while maintaining HSEQ standards.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive corrective actions, variations, system upgrades, and performance improvements.

Conduct detailed inspections, system audits, and performance testing (flow, pressure, efficiency, pump curves, and system balancing) to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.

Lead root cause analysis of recurring mechanical failures, particularly within pump rooms, and implement long-term corrective and preventive solutions.

Oversee procurement reviews for pumps, valves, control panels, VFDs, and related mechanical systems to ensure technical suitability and compliance.

Supervise and mentor mechanical engineers, technicians, and site teams, ensuring optimal productivity, skill development, and resource planning.

Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations, safe shutdown procedures, and regulatory compliance within pump rooms and high-risk mechanical environments.

Represent the mechanical function in client meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional MEP coordination, providing leadership in multidisciplinary projects.
