Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all plumbing and drainage works, HVAC installation works on-site
Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards
Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Total Experience: 15–20 years
Gulf Experience: 10–15 years (mandatory)
Strong experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Drainage & Water Supply Systems
Hands-on exposure in Villa Projects and High-Rise Buildings
In-depth knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.)
Ability to handle design review, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
Strong coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
Leadership and team management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools
