- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Mechanical Professional Engineering License is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
