Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior, performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale multiple paid advertising campaigns across active funnels. This is a hands-on role, not a junior or experimental position. You will be fully responsible for budget management, daily optimization, KPI delivery, and reporting, working closely with Growth and Operations.


Key Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer

  • Direct experience managing daily ad spend of $90,000 + per month

  • (Meta Ads & Google Ads Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across multiple active funnels simultaneously

  • Solid knowledge or hands-on experience with:

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • Experience with Hyros (or advanced tracking/attribution platforms)

  • Ability to prove past performance (real data, not theory


Strong familiarity with:

  • Daily reporting

  • KPI tracking and optimization

  • ROAS, CPA, CAC, funnel-level metrics

  • Confident use of AI tools for:

  • Ad copy and captions

  • Creative concepts

  • Images and short-form video / reels
