Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of advanced real estate media buying experience in the Middle East.

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat.

  • Generate qualified leads, not volume

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (Preferred).

  • Must be currently based in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Full-funnel structuring (TOF/MOF/BOF)

  • Advanced Meta & Google Ads optimization

  • CAPI + server-side tracking setup AEM, conversion prioritization & event calibration

  • Attribution logic (multi-touch, data-driven)

  • Lead qualification frameworks (CPL → CQL → CPQA)

  • Performance Max segmentation & search term sculpting

  • Retargeting ecosystems tailored for high-ticket real estate

  • Creative fatigue analysis & structured A/B/C testing

  • Managing large budgets with stable performance

  • Aligning campaign data with actual sales feedback Knowledge of UTM tracking and attribution.

  • Ability to brief designers and videographers effectively.

  • Ability to generate reports with insights, not just numbers.

  • Experience with international and local investor targeting.
