Requirements: Proven experience working with DDA, DM, Trakhees, DEWA, and DCD authorities, with strong knowledge of local MEP codes, regulations, and approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Dialux, and other relevant MEP design software. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Responsibilities: Design and review MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical) using AutoCAD and Revit MEP in accordance with local standards and project requirements. Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, calculations, and specifications, ensuring full compliance with applicable codes and authority regulations. Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve clashes and optimize system layouts. Conduct site inspections, supervise MEP installations, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Troubleshoot design and site-related issues, provide practical engineering solutions, and review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
