Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP works.
• Review MEP designs and shop drawings for technical accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal MEP teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of MEP installations.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and international standards.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams.
• Report project status and progress to senior management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 18+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong MEP background in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design, construction methods, and commissioning.
