Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Nail Technician to join our high-end salon in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have advanced technical skills in nail art, extensions, and spa treatments, and must deliver exceptional service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of nail services including:

    • Manicure and pedicure (classic, spa, and gel)

    • Nail extensions (Acrylic, Gel, BIAB, or PolyGel)

    • Nail art design, 3D art, and French finishes

    • Nail repair, cuticle care, and shaping

  • Advise clients on nail care, aftercare, and suitable products.

  • Maintain high hygiene standards, including sterilization of tools and cleanliness of the workstation.

  • Train and guide junior nail technicians or assistants when required.

  • Keep updated with the latest nail art trends, designs, and techniques.

  • Manage client appointments efficiently and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with all UAE health, safety, and salon regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of professional salon experience as a Nail Technician.

  • Advanced expertise in nail extensions, nail art, and gel applications.

  • Certification or diploma in nail care/beauty therapy is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Team player with leadership ability and attention to detail.

  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.

  • Currently in the UAE or available to join immediately preferred.
