• Planning, development and further development of data centres with the latest technologies and the high end routers / switches, security appliances and load balancers.

• Manage the server and network infrastructure and assist in the development of security strategies and their implementation and participate in global network infrastructure upgrades with certified Cisco partners.

• Last point of contact before escalation to Tier 4 (3rd Party Support) and As a third level support, you stand by your 1st and 2nd level support colleagues and solve the challenging cases.

• Leads from the front to solve complex, cross-functional issues that cross multiple technologies and can apply good analytic process to help bring incidents to resolution.

• Provide leadership and guidance with regards to, incident and Problem Management, Identification of Chronic issues and Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Teams.

• Leads others in a team environment to achieve common goals while providing technical leadership to key stakeholders and end-customers.

• Reviews and updates operational services processes daily.

• Maintains operational documentation necessary to operate all systems, including execution schedules, job descriptions, flow charts and escalation procedures.

• Professional level CCDP or CCNP and CCIE written highly desired.

• 6+ years combined experience in technical hands-on design, implementation and support of medium to large IT Data Center operations.

• 6+ Years of experience in all aspects of IP Data Networking such as:

• IP routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IP Multicast or MPLS

• Network protocols: TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, SNMP & DNS

• 2+ Year experience in all aspects of Data Security such as, Cisco CCSP or CheckPoint CCSE

• Security protocols: SSH, HTTP/STTPS, FTP/SFTP, SMTP or Telnet, Cisco ASA/Check Point /VPN- F5/Nortel/Proxy appliances- BlueCoat
