About The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer to join Food and Beverage (Olivine Restaurant) in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Act as a hostess for guests and customers when required, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Support operational F&B duties in outlets during staff shortages, including guest service, table management, and basic operational tasks.
- Maintain and update F&B records, reports, and documentation, including menus, inventory, and operational reports.
- Support inventory management, procurement, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to F&B administration.
About you:
