The position will play a key role within the Sales Operations as a primary point of contact for the Sales Team, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Production and Logistics departments and coordinating with country managers and the customers. The role will be responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers. He/she will be responsible for key involvement in practices, strategies and technologies to analyze customer data throughout the customer life-cycle with the goal of improving customer service relationships. He/she will be responsible in assisting in customer retention and driving ssles growth and also being a part in having sales operations department as a "center of excellence", operating at the forefront of strategic leadership and decision making.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Ensuring the evaluation and entry of the orders in the system and the orders reaching the customer along with the other required documents (SO, PFI, and Credit Note).
Inventory management (controlling and overseeing ordering inventory, storage of inventory, and controlling the amount of product for sale).
Prioritizing the production of items in coordination with planning and production ensuring the required stock is shipped as per the market requirements.
Coordinating with all concerned departments (Planning, R&D, Purchase, Regulatory, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Shipping & Logistics and Accounts Departments) regarding the orders and the shipments ensuring the achievement of Sales target.
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy by tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
Follow-up with sales team to receive monthly sales analysis and inventory report to enable us to control the market requirements and suggesting order as per the feedback.
Coordinating with the Country Sales Managers, Agents and Marketing Team in regards to the procurement of the orders, sales and country need to fulfill their market requirement.
Following all donation orders coming from the "Business Affairs Department" & Coordinating with departments concerned.
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science or equivalent.
A master s degree in life sciences or a related discipline is highly advantaged.
At least 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing activities and management experience.
Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
Excellent documentation, planning and coordinating skills.
Knowledgeable with the sales operation life-cycle.
