Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to setup, configure, operate, and integrate Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. he has possess superb communication skills which can build up rapport easily, open up clients, find out exactly what they need, and then present them with a wide range of services and solutions and demonstrates expertise to deliver technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Excellent leadership & communication skills, possessing strong leadership and team building capabilities. As a member of Oracle Consulting, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 8 years related experience prior to taking this position. In addition, experience with Oracle s core products, technology, applications, and tools.

• Familiar with Oracle SaaS/PaaS framework

• Hands on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management IDM (OID, OAM, OIM, OAAM, OPAM, OIF, ESSO)
• Familiar with Oracle Identity cloud services
• Familiar with Oracle Integration Cloud services
• Oracle DB Knowledge - User and basic DBA skills using SQL*Plus
• Proven technical troubleshooting skill with drive-in skill of leading and resolving hard issues
• Excellent technical and functional documentation skills
• Experience with Oracle WebCenter Portal, Content and Sites
• Experience with Oracle WebCenter integration (E-business Suite PeopleSoft Siebel SAP - custom applications)
• Use Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is to develop Enterprise applications
• Knowledge in OBIEE
