Roles & Responsibilities

About the role:


As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you ll ensure smooth HR operations across payroll, employee lifecycle management, office administration, and employee engagement. You ll play a key role in maintaining a great employee experience while keeping our HR processes efficient and compliant.

What you will be doing:

  • Payroll & HR Administration
    • Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
    • Maintain and update employees records in the HRIS.
    • Handle employment letters, certificates, and other HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Lifecycle
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
    • Support in preparing onboarding schedules and coordinating induction sessions.
    • Process exit formalities, clearances, and final settlements.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure a well-organized working environment.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (facilities, supplies, etc.).
  • Leave & Attendance
    • Maintain accurate leave balances and attendance tracking through the HRIS.
    • Respond to employees inquiries about leave policies and balances.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Gather feedback and help implement engagement and recognition programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or people administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
