Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client or business objectives.

Identify target audiences, define KPIs, and select the optimal mix of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, programmatic, etc.).

Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging, positioning, and business goals.

Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, and video platforms.

Oversee campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing efforts.

Test ad formats, creatives, and copy variations to improve performance.

Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and tag management.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards.

Generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new targeting, placements, and optimization techniques.

Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and present recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.

Mentor junior specialists and guide them in campaign management and data interpretation.

Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet business and communication objectives.

Stay current with digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad tech tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media management.

Agency experience is highly preferred.

Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and attribution models.

Experience with analytics and tag management tools (Google Analytics, GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).

Familiarity with programmatic platforms, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance reporting and data analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
