Job Requirements

• Senior Pipeline Designer shall be capable of managing a team of pipeline designers, check their work, guide and mentor them.

• Carry out the Pipeline design and prepare overall field layout.

• Senior Pipeline Designer shall be able to visualize and prepare an economically viable and technically suitable layout.

• Should be able to prepare Field layout considering the corridors, access ways, grouping the pipelines in ROW, locating crossings, etc.

• Able to do route selection study considering the design factors and installation feasibilities.

• Check the results of Topo & Geo surveys carried out by sub-contractors. Identify the missing elements and comment it across.

• Optimize the Pipeline route.

• Prepare station approach drawings and relevant layouts.

• Prepare alignment sheets. Should have very good skills in preparation of alignment sheets.

• Prepare Crossing drawings and crossing detail.

• Prepare Hydrotest drawings.

• Prepare construction related drawings.

Qualifications

Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Chemical with pipeline work experience)

Industry Experience - 18 years and above
