Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage pipeline engineering activities during FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design stages for onshore oil and gas projects.
  • Develop pipeline design calculations, route selection, alignment sheets, and associated engineering documentation.
  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and material requisitions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance with project requirements and international standards.
  • Provide technical support in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability assessments, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
  • Ensure designs meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in pipeline engineering, with extensive exposure to onshore oil and gas projects.
  • Strong background in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design phases.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
  • ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be immediately available in the UAE.
