Senior Pitch Manager Linkviva

As Senior Pitch Manager, you will lead the delivery of large, complex, and strategically significant pitch submissions. You ll ensure that narratives, processes, and production are aligned and executed to the highest standard. This role coordinates cross-functional contributors, mentors junior team members, and supports senior management in driving strategy, storytelling, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch Leadership & Production

Own the delivery of large or complex pitches, managing multiple contributors and workstreams. Ensure submissions are delivered on time, meet client requirements, and achieve the highest standard of quality.

Narrative Development

Collaborate with the Pitch Producer and Experience Director to shape strategic win themes and storytelling. Translate strategic direction into structured content frameworks and clear storylines that guide the wider pitch team.

Process Ownership & Consistency

Ensure workflows, tools, and templates are followed across assigned pitches. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen delivery standards.

Assets & Template Development

Maintain and improve pitch templates, reference decks, and reusable assets. Ensure submissions use the latest approved frameworks and contribute updates that raise overall quality and efficiency.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide day-to-day leadership within the pitch team, supporting the senior management team and acting as a bridge to Pitch Managers and Designers. Facilitate collaboration across departments to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.

AI Utilization & Innovation

Explore and apply AI tools to enhance pitch storytelling, research, design, and efficiency. Share learnings and ensure AI outputs are applied responsibly and effectively within pitch submissions.
