Your role

• Project Planning and Scheduling.
• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Create resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to ensure alignment with budget forecasts and manpower planning.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules, prepare S-curves, histograms, and other KPIs, and report deviations with recovery plans.
• Conduct schedule analysis to identify delay causes, assess critical path impacts, and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to gather data, validate progress, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Analyze project risks related to scheduling and propose mitigation strategies to avoid delays and disruptions.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records for audits and closeouts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify actual progress against planned activities and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Utilize advanced planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for schedule development, updates, and reporting.
• Recommend improvements to planning processes, adopt new tools, and stay updated on industry best practices and methodologies.
